I continue, as all knitters, to make mistakes! This time I didn’t read the “whole sentence” for needle size. Ergo, instead of a US#6, these lovelies were created with US#4s. However, they actually fit my small hands just fine. (My daughter will hopefully love them!)

I also changed the pattern a bit by adding the cast-on and purl rows at the beginning in a third color -- red. And I chose to “float” the trees rather than have the trees come up out of the MC.

Loved this pattern and will make lots more mitts using it!
