Joined in the round, after dividing for sleeves/bodice, by overlapping button band. Created puff stitch by working k3 tog tbl over indicated stitches.
After round/row 69, I knitted two rounds stockinette, adjusting stitch count to multiple of 9 at the back, then I worked the lace chart from, the Lacy Flouncy Skirt. Would have been better to adjust stitch count at the waist.
I wanted short sleeves, so I only worked 14 rounds in stockinette, and four rounds of 1x1 rib.
I decided the neck was too boxy, so I picked up and knitted around the edge, and added a small collar.
I bound off all sections using a lace bind off.
