Using smaller size 3 needle for yoke. Cast on for size 2 but will add extra increases to reach size 3 at armhole split. Used a provisional cast on and will work ribbed collar when finished in case I need to add more short rows to raise back neck or if I need to decrease to make the neck opening smaller. Making a long sleeve version.

Twisted rib collar for 1” with size 3 needle and tubular bind off - used the cast on number of stitches without any extra short rows.
