I used the beanie pattern above to create the body of the hat. I wanted a folded-over, ribbed edge so I looked up how to crochet ribbing online. For the ribbing, I did a front post double crochet followed by a back post double crochet in each stitch around. I think I did about 5 rows like this to created the ribbed bottom. I fold it right where the double-crochet row meets the first ribbing row.

I made this to match a cowl I made using the same ColorWul yarn.
