Yellow hat is from the Knit One, Save One campaign eyelet pattern. Pink/purple is just a basic hat with increases for the ruffle, and I think a picot edge (hard to tell from the picture, and I don’t remember). I did put an eyelet row before the ruffle, for running the ribbon and tightening the hat. Probably Simply Soft yarn for each.
