Photo #1 = final 3rd felting. Washer only. Finally the right size, I think. Will add blanket stitch (& Plasti-Dip) when they dry. There’s an odd fold line on the instep of the right slipper - not sure what I did, but it just doesn’t matter that much, because they’re for me.

Super easy and quick. Photo #3 - 5 = first felting. Too loose. Needs another trip through the washer or to be given to someone with a bigger foot. I think it’d be better to wash again, because the stitching is still too well defined IMO.

Photo #2 = 2nd wash & dry, not a huge difference. Now they’re wearable, but still looser than I’d prefer. I’ll hold off on the blanket stitching till I try one more time.

Photo 6 = pre-felting (7” instep).

I really like the concept of a right and left shaped foot.
