Cast on 28 stitches.
10 unwrapped stitches on toe.
Stockinette soles.
Two purls instead of one for each repeat.
11 complete pattern repeats before heel.
Heel across 30 stitches (worked to 10 unwrapped).
5 repeats (+ 5 rows) after switching to wide gathered lace, then switch to 3.0 mm needles
Knit until 34 total pattern repeats before eyelets.
