Highly modified variation of the pattern - as the original is a man’s cardi I had to change all measurments. I use leftover yarn from the Haute Kniture project, so I had to change all stitches as well, as the gauge is totally different.

I also plan to knit the back, one front and one sleeve together, separated by a steek, because they have the same pattern but I don’t know if I really have enough yarn and so I can adapt the colours simultaneously while working.

09/12/14 finished folded cuffs, arranged them on circular needle and casted on steeks, started pattern

-> I accidently took another needle size than the one I took for my calculations. I ended up with all my decreases done in only about ten centimeters from the botton, but my waist is not there… so I had to ravel 50 rows and recalculate the pattern…now the poor thing is waiting in a corner of my couch to be noticed again. … grumble!

03/12/15 back to the project again. Finished row 83 by now and took new pics (sorry, I had no flash light). As I use leftover yarn, I really hope it will be enough…well, we will see. I now finished the decreases in the back.

03/28/15 it finally happened! I ran out of yarn. I immediately ordered new one (saturday night at quarter to twelve…I am definitly addicted!) Hope it will be here soon, as I am going to start a new job in a weeks time and will probably not have much time to knit any more…

04/07/15 secured and cut the steeks of the first part and started with the second piece of one sleeve and front.
04/25/15 finished first pattern repeat of the second piece. It is a good, quick knit, but due to my new job I have no time for knitting any more (I could cry, but I am so, so tired after work…hope it will get better soon)

06/21/15 finally managed to finish all pieces. Now final Steeking and joining pieces to be done…
