• Knit according to pattern.
• Carried yarn up inside on colors where convenient. Started to cut yarn more often and weave in ends as I knit to avoid hanging tangle balls.
• 8.5 pattern repeats + and extra row of white for seaming.
• Mattress stitch to seam ends shut.

FINISHING
• Approx 5 1/2’ long before blocking.
• Approx 6’ after blocking

Picked this hibernating project back up. Turns out that I only had a little over one repeat left! I even went too far and had to tink back a bit.

Nov 2021 Finally found the yarn for this stored away and started this colorwork project that has been nagging in the back of my mind for years!

Looking at the Hermione photos now, I might have picked a more grey tinted white than the Cream. And I might have picked a slightly darker/more saturated brown/tan rather than Almond.

2012 Next project after the Hermione “Of Hallows and Horcruxes” sweater. Made a wip to motivate me to get on it before winter is out, even though it’s felt like summer lately.
