Picking this project back up to finish. Notice some rather tight floats, which will likely lead to Pickering of colorwork even after blocking. But I am going to leave it since so many yarn ends were already cut.
Need to make sleeves to finish. Will probly rework body because I did a lot of decreases previously. I don’t wear my clothes as tight anymore and I am also bigger.

TWO YEARS LATER…
7/25/14
Frogged the whole thing and started over because it’s been over two years since I touched it and couldn’t figure out where I was/what size I was making! Plus I’ve been knitting 2yrs more now…
7/26/14
Knit my guage. It measures about 4.5” wide and 5” length on US 7 needles. I’m knitting a the second smallest size for a slightly tighter fit. I think my slightly large gauge will give me the little extra wiggle room in the finished product.
HOOD
- Used Selvedge Edge for neater edging.
VIDEO FOR ENGLISH SLIP STITCH SELVEDGE EDGE
- Twisted purl stitch on left of (following) all knit stitches RS. Mostly to prevent loose stitches on cables and edge rib.

COLORWORK
Wow, I do NOT understand how to increase and keep in pattern neatly….
Also, my number of stitches while increasing in fair isle got WAY off. OH NO!
Ended up haphazardly increasing at the end of the colorwork to get more stitches on the front halves. It should look okay since the increases with be under the armpit…
BODY
Adding decreases after bust and at waist. Increase again after waist.
