The brim is a fold over. To get the stripe blocking you need to use almost the entire bobbin from the 3rd stripe (top of hat) to cast on and knit about 1.5 inches. Switch to stripe one color and knit both bobbins and fold over brim connection.

I changed my mind - was going to have Redline as the top stripe but only used it for the under side of brim. Added in The Gateway for the top stripe. It’s the same top stripe as the first hat.
