Frogged the other Watchcap Hat that was too big for Brian’s head. Reused the yarn.

I didn’t cast on 96 sts. I cast on 88.

I knew that I wouldn’t have enough navy yarn, so I took a guess where to place ten rows of red. In hindsight, I would have chosen a different placement. Rows 26 to 36 were too soon.

I re-knit the top three times to use the least amount of red. I had about 20 inches of navy left when I was done. I forgot to do the p2 sts when knitting the very top.

I got the emblem on Ebay and sewed it onto the hat.
