I have 36g of yarn left from making Victoria’s Thora socks, so thought I’d make some mittens for her, too.

German twisted cast on with 3.25mm, then change to 2.75mm.
Worked an extra 4 rounds before starting the lace pattern, for a slightly longer cuff, but then realised I wouldn’t have enough yarn, so only worked 1 complete lace pattern (instead of 2) before starting the thumb increases.
I also made the thumbs slightly shorter, after picking up the stitches I worked 3 rounds st st, then 4 rounds of rib.

Finished weight, 32g (128m)

I really love this pattern, the thumb shaping is perfect!
