love this sweater and this yarn! the cables really pop and it fits perfectly.
knit following the pattern exactly, aside from a three needle bind off and knitting the body in one piece (i was going to knit the sleeves in with the body with the raglan increases instead of seaming but i forgot). knitting the body in one piece was totally worth it, despite being a little confusing at first. i wish i had noticed that there were charts earlier (i must have printed the pattern before they were posted?)
1/31/11 i’ve been slowly making progress on this sweater as i finish up other things. after a two month hiatus i’m finally ready to start giving this some attention so that i can finish and wear it. knitting the fronts together with the back so i wont have to seam.
12/26/10 started on my birthday with yarn i got for my birthday (thanks, mom!) but set aside as i finished christmas projects.
