Something simple to work on while resting from the Quiet Stars sweater.

5-17-18: Played a game of yarn chicken to use up all this yarn and lost. Ended up 10 stitches from the end of the bindoff. Gah. I would rather have run out halfway through the bindoff! And since I did no gauge swatch (it’s a shawl after all) I had no access to any more of the yarn. Ripped back 2 rows and I’ll try again: tomorrow.

5-18 finished. Did the bindoff on a wrong-side row with purl 1, purl 2 tog through back loop. Turned out fine. I like how it looks; it’s a lot prettier than I expected and I know Jackie is going to like it.
