This is my third test for the very talented Jennifer Weissman (Shadystroll on Ravelry and Instagram). She is truly a wizard when it comes to knitwear design. I have yet to find a better pattern writer. This scarf is reversible, which is my favorite type.

My version here is a modification of the pattern in that I only did ONE repeat of the Rows 1 - 11 at the top of page 5. The instructions say to do FIVE repeats which results in a much wider scarf. If you follow the pattern instructions exactly, it results in more of a shawl. So the width of this “scarf” is determined not only by your yarn and gauge, but also by the number of repeats of the instructions in the blue box at the top of page 5. I did 44 repeats of rows 1 - 11 in the blue box at the bottom of page 5. So this is a very versatile pattern with an unlimited number of options depending on your yarn, gauge and desired width and length.
