This has been ripped back twice and abandoned in favour of more … pressing knitting already. Currently trying again and taking very careful notes because the last pattern I chose is buggering things up, dammit. xx Still, I think I’m getting a feel for how I need to move the stitches to make it look, in the finished product, the way I want it to. sighs I’ll need a heaping helping of good luck to get it done in time for my self-imposed deadline. xx

I’m pretty pleased with this. ^^ I actually made it past the middle of the increases without even noticing, so it’s (knock on wood) smooth sailing from here on in! I’m also getting closer to figuring out how the repeats work. shudders It’s … strange what the lace is making the charts do to make it come out like I want. So, so strange.

Finally done the hard bit! :DDD It should be smooth sailing from here on out. Er, mostly smooth sailing. xx The maaaay be an issue at the end of one repeat and the start of the next. ^^’ Working on it!

Yeeeeeees! It’s done! Not too bad, not two bad--3 weeks, even when the pattern was giving ms fits and making me frog it and start again. :DDD

Damn, now I have to translate my crappy notes into an actual pattern. xx Bleh, reading my own writing! xx
