Project was fun to knit, you get really addicted with the leaves (just one more leaf, and one more..), also good, when you only have little time to knit - one or two leaves in the evening are alright. The pattern is very well written, I had no problems (my miscounting was really my fault ;) ).

After blocking: I am a little bit disappointed.. liked it more before blocking, the shawl grew a lot in length and seems to be not that cozy anymore.. additionally: now you really see what strange mistake I knitted. The form isn’t right at all lol.

23.07.12: Yeeha, just finished the shawlette. It’s really long! And now that I’ve finished I see that it is everything but symmetric.. seems I made a few mistakes and miscounting during the short rows.. hum hum. But in the end.. the way I want to wear it no one will see so I don’t dare.
But next time (it would be such a beautiful present I’ll pay more attention). The yarn is really lovely and so cozy.

Now I have to see how and where to block this thing.. then I’ll take some pictures.

July 2012: Damn.. 2 skeins are not enough, should have known.. chasing another one now.

Originally I wanted a black shawl to fit with everything.. ended up with grey-brown-blueish fiber.. I hope 2 skeins will be ok, in the shop were only these 2 skeins left.. looking foward to cast it on!
