Left glove:

18/2/15: C/O using 4.5mm, knit one repeat with 4mm. Start thumb gusset on rnd 6 of second repeat. Inc every other row to 15sts between markers. Hold thumb sts on rnd 14 of 3rd rep. Restart ribbing on 11 of 4th rep. Decrease bind off during rnd 8.

thumb: purl across pickup rnd (p/u 2 each side, 1 middle). 3 sts before end of rnd 2, dec 1, p1. rnd 3: p1, dec 1. p across 2 rnds. k1tbl p1 around 6 times.

Weaving into twisted stitches is weird.

First glove: FROGGED.

8/2/15: Working two repeats on 4.5mm, 3rd repeat on 4mm. First time using this yarn, not very fond of it. It feels really scratchy on my finger as I knit.

9/2/15: Increased thumb to 13 between markers, knit even to row 15 of 5th repeat, then on row 16 increase thumb to 15 between markers. On 17th row, slip 13 thumb sts to scrap yarn and c/o 1. On 17th row of 6th repeat, decrease 1 sts on palm next to thumb.

18/2/15: I reduced the arm portion from 5 repeats to 3, and it’s still so ridiculously long that I might rip it back and put only one cable on the arm. Wearing them just feels weird.
