Ravelympic’s Challenge: knit all the sock yarn stash to-date.
As of 02-28-10: Finished and seamed 100 squares!!!
As of 02-23-10: 54 squares are joined together to make width it’s proper size. 68 total squares are completed. Hoping to get 100 squares done by end of Ravelympics.
As of 021510: pulled out of stash to work up in Ravelympic’s 2010 - 15 squares / each square measures 3.5 in. = current width is 17.5 in
Ultimately to create a 60x80 blanket - Will need to have 18 squares across to get 63 in and 23 squares tall to get 80.5.
Grant total of 414 squares needed.

After cleaning up some stash room, I noticed I have a lot of bits leftover from sock projects. I know I don’t have enough to finish a full blanket just yet, but I know sock knitting will continue and so will the addition of sock bits.
This will most likely be an ongoing project that could take years, but looking forward to seeing it grow.
