I have made 4 of these pretty versatile shawls and now have one more in progress.
As you can see I love them. They stay on the shoulders and do not require shawl pins, unless of course you want to use one.
They can be made as long, or as short as you want it. Using different yarn can drastically change the character of these shawls.
A simple row of eyelets adds a lacy look to the simple garterstitch pattern.
The pattern itself is very easy to remember. Once the markers are in place it is lovely calming knitting to the end.
No wonder I simply could not stop at knitting just one.
