Notes

Mods:
(1) Extra repeat of Chart B -AND-
(1) Extra repeat of Chart C

I probably had enough yarn to do 1-2 more repeats of Chart B and wish I had now. My neckwarmer may just be long enough to tie around my neck. Not a fan of buttons.

NOTE: This is a great beginning lace project because it’s not complicated but allows the knitter to get used to the mechanics of lace knitting. HOWEVER, the pattern is not well written for inexperienced knitters. The author does tell you were to place markers, but not were to slip them in the pattern. It’s quite easy to figure out if you’re used to lace knitting: basically each row in Chart B is k2, SM, Lace Instructions, SM, k1 (center stitch), SM, Lace instructions, SM, k2.

Chart C: Get rid of the markers. You don’t need them.
