UPDATE July 2012 - At the beach this summer, Brody announced it was Chickenbutt’s birthday - which, well, it was. so we had a first birthday party for a stuffed bunny complete with cake. Because that’s the kind of parents we are. Fun was had by all. I love that this bunny is Brody’s best friend.

Threw the yarn in my bag on the way to the beach, it turned into a bunny. Has been claimed by Brody who announced “I a baby! You make dat for ME!” and will tell anyone else who touches it “dat MY BUNNY!!”

Originally dubbed “Sandy,” but has been renamed “Chickenbutt,” as in “Guess what? Chickenbutt!”

Didn’t love making it with the cotton (no give, killed my fingers) but it’s so soft and huggable, and I love the look, so I guess that makes it worth the suffering.
