This is a simple scarf to knit in the round. I fell in love with a similar scarf that my friend owns & I just couldn’t resist making a knock-off one for myself. I love it!!! However, I must disclose that this particular yarn is scratchy. I hope after washing, it will soften up.

CO 207 sts. Place marker & join in the round. I twisted the stitches once. However, you can choose to not twist stitches prior to joining in the round.

Knit American Moss Stitch Pattern for 4” or desired width.

Bind off & weave in tails. (I used the Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind Off technique, which can be googled for instructions.)

American Moss Stitch Pattern:
Rows 1 & 4: (k1,p1,k1) repeat
Rows 2 & 3: (p1,k1,p1) repeat
