I had put this down for about 4 months because my left shoulder/arm had been hurting but I think I may pick this up again…..

I completed the whiskers today. I’m blocking the top edge and then I will attempt to add an invisible zipper. I don’t sew except for buttons here and there so we’ll see how the zipper goes…

I needed to get an 18” x 18” pillow form for this. It ended up a lot larger than expected, but it was the first time I tried Overlay Mosaic Crochet so it was a learning experience for me and my gauge was looser than it would normally be. But - the end result was still “WOW!”

A huge thanks to Natalia Kononova from Outstanding Crochet for providing me with extra help with the zipper . I had intended to use an invisible zipper but mistakenly purchased a regular one. Fortunately, it’s red and goes well with the pillow .
