As you can see by the bookmarks for this project, totally inspired by nairtseuqe’s Spiderman hat. I have a Spiderman-mad nephew whose fifth birthday is coming up. A link to the graph for the spider may be found on nairtseuqe’s project page.

I am working the spider in intarsia, and working back and forth in the round, using wraps and turns at the back seam to do so. My wraps and turns are pretty messy, but I don’t think it matters too much. I had to do a little fudging with the spider pattern once the decreases started, but again, it’s okay.
