Another gorgeous shawl finished.
Nice yarn to knit, shows the pattern really nicely. After washing and blocking the shawl, I put it in the dryer to soften the yarn up. Linen can get very stiff once dried up. So just put it in the dryer for about 5 to 10 minute with a wet cloth. The moisture helps to make the shawl nice and very soft but it keeps the shape the way I blocked it. So the points are still showing.
My 5th Picture shows the Shawl with just one skein of yarn. I was not sure how big it would get so I decided to cast off and see…but was not big enough so purchased another skein and picked the stitches up again and added the second skein to the shawl much better in size now.
