I found the errata for this sweater and decided to do my first sweater surgery! I spliced it at the waist band so I could frog that and make it match the front band. My dog was “helping”!

I’m in a love/hate relationship with this sweater. I got it all Kitchener stitched back together and then started the front band. A little ways in I realized that there was no way I was going to be able to have a 3” band and full sleeves as stated in the pattern. I had already ordered an extra hank and didn’t want to do that again so I stopped the band at 2” and then divided my remaining yarn for the sleeves. 28g each! Yikes. So I have one sleeve done now and it’s elbow length which I don’t love but I don’t hate. I think it will look cute over a long sleeve shirt this fall/winter!!

First time wet blocking!! I washed with dish soap first, then soaked in water with conditioner, then rolled up in two towels, and finally pinned it to my mats! Can’t wait to see how it looks once it’s dry!!!!!
