Row 5: (C2F) twice, yo, knit to marker, m1, sm, (k2tog, yo) 10 times, k1, sm, m1, knit to last 4 sts, yo, (C2B) twice— 37 sts = 8 stitches, marker, 21 stitches, marker, 8 stitches.

Row 7: (C2F) twice, yo, k2, pm(M#2), knit to marker, m1, sm, k21, sm, m1, k2, pm(M#2), knit to last 4 sts, yo, (C2B) twice— 41 sts = 7 stitches, marker#2, 3 stitches, marker#1, 21 stitches, marker#1, 3 stitches, marker#2, 7 stitches.

49 stitches plus 15 repeats times 8 increases will come up to 169 stitches by the way. knittinfrenzy pointed that out as well.
