Notes

Making this lovely hat for a friend who is going thru chemotherapy.

Directions are very clear.
Really nice free pattern.
An easy and quick project.

Started the decreases after working 6” vs 8” as written.
There’s 24 rows comprised in the decreases = 4”.
The finished height is ~ 10 1/2”. If one starts the decreases at 8”, the hat will be over 12” tall.

Directions state to work one edge st ea side in garter st, but I think they meant to work those two in st st.
