I’ve made this design with these yarns twice before and the resultant cowls have turned out most luxuriously. Quick and fun to make as well.

Cast on 140 for a little more length. Worked 9 rows for the ribbing, 8 with the worsted main section and 7 rows with the bulky main section.

Worked a couple rows in the flat before the join to avoid twisting it.

Tip:
It’s easier to work the kfb worsted row if you transfer all stitches to the smaller needles first upon completing the bulky sections.

Tip:
It’s fine to work both yarns tog for the last st of ea row in order to carry the yarn not in use. The resultant vertical line is not apparent when worn.

It’s very pretty and is a lovely gift.
