This design is beautiful and directions are easy to follow. I will definitely make this design again. It worked up fairly quickly. The design is economical because it uses nearly all the yarn, with only a few yards leftover.

This yarn is dreamy. The skeins are perfect and the colors are beautiful.

Worked yarn double and colorblocked with 5 colors.

Got a good swatch with US 5. Worked cast on row with US 6 needle. Working main section with US 5.

Need ~ 6 1/2 y yarn pulled out for cast on row. Placing a marker every 50 st cast on makes it easy to keep track of stitches.

The circular needle used can be from 24, 32 or 40 inches, but the longer length makes it easier to see your work.

When working edge section, place marker every 13 st so it’s easy to stay on track.

For the beginning edge, I elected to work the motifs in st st and relief portion in rev st st. The original design has the edge motifs in garter st and relief in st st.

I also worked a row of eyelets betw color changes. The original design is worked with one cont color changing yarn, so the directions as written are best for that.

A wonderful Christmas gift.
