This is a super fun design that can be made in just a few hours. It’s awesome, if I do say so myself! And, I do say so!

The yarns are budget friendly but the end result looks expensive. A scarf like this would cost a lot at a store like Anthro or Urban Outfitters.

Fashioned oversized knitting needles (40 mm) from paper towel cardboard tubes. This is an arm knit pattern, but when I pass the stitches back over my hand, they’re bigger than I want. I like the stitches that result from the cardboard tubes.

Cast on 12 st. Slipped first st pwise yif, knitted last st of every row. Worked 4 str Blissful along with 4 str Woolike fingering for the drape and texture.

Note:
Arm knitted projects are not turned. On needles, the work is turned, so to achieve the st st as directed in the pattern, k 1 row, turn, purl 1 row. If you want garter stitch on needles vs arm knit, knit all rows.

Quick and easy. I had to set it aside to get some other projects done.
