Modification from Rosie, moosegirl:
knit 12 r.
(knit 1r, purl 1r, knit 2 r)x 3 for next 12 r.

Worked 4 more rows st st before the decreases because I needed 1/2” more ht.

The finished circumf of this pattern, each size, seems small, but so many have made it. I’m supposing it stretches and fits comfortably.
