Notes

This is a super fun project.
It’s remarkable how stitch patterns like 4x4 rib, garter st, 2x2 rib and some stockinette can create such interest and texture. Big squoosh is right on.

A single cowl could be made in one evening.

The row pattern could be adapted into a traditional long scarf, slouchy hat, throw or pillow quite easily.

My yarn is dark and thick/thin, so one doesn’t see the stitches so much, but the texture…so squooshy!

Worked flat with button closure.
Made longer with less depth.
CO 120 + 2 = 122
Added two st for selvedge.

The designer doesn’t provide a specific yarn, gauge nor dimensions for the design project. I kind of wish there were some info on that.

I like to use all of whatever yarn for any given project, so planning on that was a little tricky.
