Notes

Substituting Captiva yarn for a yeararound warm climate garment : very drapey and dressy, but can be casual also. Easy care - didn’t shrink w machine washing / tumble dry. Yarn is cord / rope-like. Would be good for a bag or tote.

This pattern is also in book ‘Fresh Fashion Knits’ by Sarah Hatton, named ‘Benita’.

This is a creative origami style design. Directions very easy to follow. Muu Boxy batwing, has very good pictures on how to put it together.

An easy quick project. I sl st crocheted around the neck edge for stability.

This is my first color work project. Used Russian join for sleeve color changes. Pulled stitches tightly in those places. Secured all yarn ends at wrong side with a quick needle and thread stitch. The Captiva yarn has a shiny finish and cut ends can loosen.
