Notes

This is a free pattern that uses a lacey and bulky yarn together. It’s very creative and beautiful.

This is the third time I’ve made this design.
I gave one to a work friend and once her mom saw it, it then was her Mom’s. Once people see it, they want one.

It’s a very easy, quick and fun project. It’s also quite versatile with many ways to wear as well as warm.

Cast on 52 st, very loosely, lace yarn double for first row only. Started with yarn from center of skein, which had the lighter shading. Cast off very loosely with both yarns.

There’s enough yarn in each of these skeins to make two Caterina scarves. Other scarf is from the outside of the skein, which has darker shading.
