I don’t know why this so called pattern is in ravelry.
There is no pattern from the link given.
Figured it out on my own.
Big Twist Gradient yarn is not in ravelry database.
18 st US 8 (5 mm), worsted #4.
The tube container states that the contents are enough for a hat and scarf, but there’s no pattern included nor any online.
Original retail = $20 per set of 5 sk.
Online $15 - $20, store clearance $5.
The yarn used in this original pattern costs $275 for the tritone gradient set, 575 y, cashmere. $275 is a bit much to pay for a pattern.

Note:
If I make this hat again, I’ll work the above section for a few less rows, say, 16 r and subsequently work the top portion in 4 more rows even, before decreases.
Note:
Knitted hat flat, so stitched the seam before closing up the top. The seam is somewhat visible, but it looks fine to me. Plenty of commercial hats with seams.

Used remaining 25 g ea, colors A and E.
50 g ea colors B, C and D.

Work above two rows, changing colors as desired.
Finish with 5 r garter st and loose bindoff.
Note:
If working the scarf flat, without joining:
RS R 1: k acr
WS R 2: patt (p7, k3) acr
I worked the cowl flat and added button closure.
