Sl st crocheted seams.

The talented Ms. Laura Whittington has modified the classic Frost Flower motif in her Butterfly Baby Blanket by working the 6 row pattern twice, then, inverting and repeating it. Very clever and beautiful. Her video is very clear.

Front used 85 g, ~ 180 y.
Back: 80 g, 170 y.
Sleeves: 25 g ea, 53 y ea.

Recommendation:
It is advisable to place a set of short rows on the back piece for proper drape.
One set per motif is good.

Yarn disappointment:
I rinsed the front piece in warm water.
A great deal of color departed and traveled down the drain.
Not happy.
There’s hardly any pink left in it.
I’m sure it’ll all even out up on completion, but I would have preferred to have the original color, thank you very much.
