Notes

This roving style yarn is incredibly soft and it knits up very easily.

The pattern is very simple: a k1, p1 1x1 rib with gentle cables here and there. It also features an simple, beautiful edge finish that the designer calls a Shaker Rib Selvedge.

I moved the placement of the cables a bit left and right each time, so they meander along.

This scarf is versatile. There’s numerous ways to wear it. Makes a lovely gift. This is a good design for a guy’s scarf by simply omitting the cables.

The cable areas create openings where one can thread a ribbon or scarf through.

Added button closure.

Will get picture the scarf without the embellishment.
