Love the color coded stitch counts by size on the pattern. Pattern very clear.

Love the fold over collar design. Style with extra warmth!

Added a few more rows garter st to bottom hems- 2 1/4” hems, so they match the front bands. Sleeves, as well. Fashioned 2 patch pockets. Who among us doesn’t need more pockets! Everyone should have enough yarn leftover to make pockets with amt of yarn designated for their size.

Added horizontal ( 2 row ) buttonholes to R Front band and perfect brown/ gray faux granite La Mode 1 3/8” shank buttons to L front band. Knitted L Front piece first to plan buttonhole spacing.

Purchased one extra sk in order to add 6” length to main sections.

Made shaped armscyes / shaped sleeve caps. This garment to be donated for charity auction. Not everyone likes drop shoulder styling.

Stitches relaxed widthwise after washing, affecting guage.
Swatch #1: US 13 ( 9.0 mm ) needles
Before MW: on guage per patt 11 st 15 r / 4”.
After MW / flat dry: 10 st 15 r / 4”. Too big.

Swatch #2: US 11 ( 8.0 mm ) needles
Before MW: 12 st 15 r / 4”.
After MW / flat dry: 11 st 15 r / 4”. Just right.

Very pretty yarn. I like colors minty mist, mauve haze and purple fog. Makes a shaded fabric w/o obvious striping. It is a little itchy on the hands- lotion, lotion, lotion. Washing with shampoo / conditioner made it soft.
