Notes

Adding 2 - 3 “ at skirt.
Rounded open neckline.
Beads at hem to keep hem from rolling and to add a pretty detail. The weight of the beads will help with the drape as well.
Sc around neckline for stability.
Tip: pull first and last two stitches at ends of all rows very tight to avoid unwanted stretching there.
For all pieces, the LEFT hand side seam area is looser than the other because the stitches travel across the larger needle. I worked the stitches off the larger needle very tightly.
When sewn together, right sides together, the ‘tighter’ side will support the looser side.
For the sleeve cap area, Right sleeve, the looser stitches of the sleeve cap will be at the back.
If both sleeves are the made same, the Left sleeve will have the looser stitches in front. To avoid that, for the Left sleeve, switch to purling with the smaller needle and knit with the larger needle. This switch can be done anytime before reaching the sleeve cap shaping, such as when changing to another sk.
