Perfect use of a novelty pompom yarn.
Pattern not accessible individually.
Made snood / cowl based on picture.

Didn’t have US 35 circulars for this circumf, so, worked flat and seamed it, sl st crochet.
Worked 4 str tog: pom yarn double with one str white and one str yellow.
