This is a wonderful, free pattern from Be Sweet.

Held light fingering yarn double along with the faux fur for structure and warmth.

I had a looser gauge (10 st / 4”) with these yarns than the design gauge (13 st / 4”).
cast on 110, US 11 and just went with it.
My cowl is longer than the original pattern, but narrower. The yarns I used yielded a heavier cowl.
More width would have been too much.
Original pattern dimensions stated as 19” x 34”.

Made up very quickly, especially with continental style knitting.
