Another fabulous design by the lovely Ms. Myla.

This is the third hat pattern I’ve made by Myla’s Corner.
All are great in every way. My friend loves each one.

I messed up on my stitch counts for the motif rows somehow, but I like how it looks, so I’ll keep it that way. I double checked my stitch counts, but something went awry for the purl rows. Oh, well. I guess my bird feathers got a little mussed!

There’s a goofy stitch in the ribbing. That’s my mistake somehow and is not an error in the pattern. The back seam isn’t the greatest, but it’ll be okay. The pattern provides very good instructions and pictures to execute the seam. I was in a bit of a hurry to finish the hat and didn’t have time to do it better.
