Moss / seed st: simple and beautiful, with wonderful texture!

Little note:
In the UK, the moss stitch is a k1, p1 row with an even number of stitches followed by p1, k1 row. In the US that’s the seed stitch.
In the US, moss stitch is over four rows and the UK four row version is called double moss stitch.

A quick and easy project to use three stray skeins of stash yarn. It’s fun to use the dinosaur bone sized needles! Made in just a few hours.

Held three str tog: bulky faux mohair and two sparklies!
Multi strand tip:
When holding more than one str yarn tog, work directly from the skeins. Don’t wind them together into one ball. Doing that twists them in ways that aren’t good.

Pattern is seamed. I plan to add a button closure. Need a few big buttons.

With the black, it’s hard to see how pretty it is.Will get a better picture in daylight.
