An assembly photo tutorial would be helpful.
Assembly takes some thought.

Possible Erratum:
Project page states to use 8.0 mm needle (US 11)
Directions state to use 6.0 mm needle (US 10)

In my opinion, the larger needle is used for all pieces except the tusks because three strands of various yarns are worked together.
The smaller needle is for the tusks, which uses DK, 3 str tog.

Knitted up all the pieces except the legs and tusks in one afternoon and evening.

The tricky part is assembling the pieces.
There are no assembly photos and the written directions for seaming and assembly are vague, in my opinion.

pièce de résistance
Used foam padding cut in the shape of the curved tusks instead of wiring them. Wanted the stuffie to be soft everywhere.

Used 12.0 mm brown animal eyes.
