The shaping on this design is very well thought out.

This design is unusual in that one makes two entire bodies, one fitting into the other: an outer body with a liner. One can make it successfully by choosing to make one or the other, depending on how much yarn you have and the size you want.

Elected to make the outer pieces for this one because I have enough yarn. The baby one will appear smaller in comparison.

Size M: Inner pieces only, DK, 3.25 mm hook, 350 y.

Unusual technique:
Increases and decreases;
One is directed to skip a stitch at specified intervals for decreases. The resultant decreases look nice. There isn’t a gap at decrease areas.

New technique:
Shaping:
One is directed to create a rainbow style shape on several pieces. It creates an arc without working rev sc, thank goodness. The directions are clear on what to do.

Suggestion:
Work the muzzle and tail pieces via magic ring and increases vs a chain, join and decreases.
