Notes

Paloma- a wonderful yarn.
Directions- very clear.
I gather that in Europe, moss st and seed st are interchangeable terms. In US designs, moss st is an elongated version of the seed st.

Clarifications:
p33: Back, all sizes, patt states:
“Change to 10 mm (US 10 1/2) needles “.
Actually should say 10 mm ( US 15 ).
p35: Shape sleeve top, patt states:
”Dec 1 st each end of next row and foll 6th rows.“
Should say: …foll 6th row.

For buttonholes, instructions state:
R1: k2, k2tog,y2rn, skpsso, k1, patt to end.
R2: patt to end, working twice into y2rn.
Suggestion:
R1: k1, k2tog, y1rn, skpsso, k1, patt to end.
R2: patt to end, working twice ( such as front and back ) into y1rn.
The 2nd way centers the buttonhole w/in the band.
The y1rn is plenty of yarn for two stitches and prevents the buttonhole from being too big and stretchy.

Down a needle size to get guage.
(Patt guage: 11st 18 r US 15 10.0 mm moss st.)
Purchased 2 extra sk to add 5” length to main sections.
Elected to use same needle size for entire F / B moss st sections, rather than switching to smaller needle for waist shaping. 10 yds leftover. If you have the # sk specified for your desired size, you will have enough.

This garment is to be donated for silent auction item for Devonne’s Divas Ovarian Cancer Charity Event 2016, organized by Jeanine Kaplan, Byron, Ill. Designer’s permission pending.
