Notes

This isn’t my personal pattern. It’s available as a Craftsy kit only: Sprightly Easy Ribbed Beanie.

This is a wonderful hat design for crochet. Works up very quickly- one evening start to finish. The seam is imperceptible.

Berroco Peruvia Quick results in a lighter and warmer cap compared to Craftsy Sprightly Acrylic Wool Super Bulky or Lion Brand Woolease Thick & Quick, however, all three make great hats.

Pattern states to use 9.0 mm L hook. L hooks are typically 8.0 mm. 9.0 mm hooks are usually listed as M/N. Go by the mm designation regardless of the letter name.

There’s plenty of yarn from the second sk for a full pompom if desired.

Made to go with Nick’s Vesterbro Del To Scarf.
